San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker‘s MRI reveals that he has a Grade-1 hamstring strain but hopes to play in Game 4 against the Miami Heat.
Parker said during a press conference that he is listed as day-to-day.
“The good news is that it is not a tear,” Parker said.
Parker felt tightness in Game 3 and sat out most of the second half against the Heat.
“This is something new to me,” Parker said after being asked when he was asked if he could compare this injury to any other injury he had in the past. He scored only six points with eight assists and two rebounds against the Heat.
