Former New England Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez, who has been charged with murder among six charges.
The other five charges are said to be “gun-related” charges.
Hernandez was named a suspect earlier this week in the Odin Lloyd murder investigation.
He was released from the New England Patriots following his arrest. Hernandez has plead not guilty but will be held without bail.
The defense has requested a gag order in light of false reports since murder saying it may influences possible members of the jury.
