No. 13 North Carolina upsets No. 4 Duke for the ACC title

The North Carolina Tarheels make easy work of the Duke Blue Devils by a final score of 81-67 to win the ACC title.

After Duke had beaten UNC in there first meeting this season on February 9 by a score of 79-73.

The Tarheels dominated the opening half as both teams headed into the locker room with a halftime score of 51-30.

There was not a strong enough momentum shift to get things going for the Blue Devils as the Tarheels continued to dominate in the second half.

The Tarheels kept a comfortable lead scoring 30 points in response to the Blue Devils 28 points.

The UNC offense shot 52 percent of their shots, the highest Duke had allowed in any league game this season, which contributed to their victory.

Freshman Guard Kendall Marshall was the Tarheels top performer with 15 Pts, 2 Rebounds, 11 Assist, while in complete control of the UNC offense.
