Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III has won the 2012 AP Offensive Rookie of the Year.

Under head coach Chuck Pagano (left) and offensive coordinator and interim head coach Bruce Arians (right) the Colts went 11-5 after going 2-14 in 2011.

Bruce Arians has been named 2012 AP coach of the year. He accepted the job as the head coach of the Cardinals during the offseason after serving as the Colts interim head coach for 12 games this season. Pagano finished second in the AP Coach of the Year voting behind Arians.
