The NFL’s regular season doesn’t begin for another two weeks, but the injury bug has been rampant throughout the league.
Unfortunately for St. Louis Rams quarterback, Sam Bradford, he will miss the entire NFL season for a second consecutive year.
In bizarre fashion, Bradford re-injured the same knee that caused him to miss the 2013 season. It was reported on Aug. 24 that he was diagnosed with a torn ACL.
The loss of Bradford will be a major loss for one of the youngest and upcoming teams in the NFL.
When Bradford was healthy in 2012, the number one pick in the 2010 draft threw for 3,702 yards with 21 touchdowns and 13 interceptions.
There is currently two years left on Bradford’s $78 million contract that he signed in 2010.
